    You can follow the group classes if you have taken out a subscription, by choosing 1 of the subscription types in the overview. You can then freely join an available class, as indicated above. A maximum of 6 people per group can participate, so be the first to join!

    Training sessions are 60 to 90 minutes, the combination training is always 90 minutes long.

    Choose from 4 types of subscriptions;

    • Once, follow the group training 1 time a week (=4 sessions per month)
    • Twice, follow the group training 2 times a week (=8 sessions per month)
    • Triple, follow the group training 3 times a week (=12 sessions per month) incl. open training
    • Ultimate, unlimited small group training incl. open gym

    Type of training

    • Cardio, here we mainly work on fitness and maintaining exercises at a high pace for short periods of time (HITT). These training sessions last a maximum of 30 minutes.
    • Strength, this concerns muscle growth and muscle condition, lifting, pushing, pulling, pull-ups, push-ups, etc. Mainly focused on full body workouts and specific muscle groups. These training sessions last a maximum of 60 minutes.
    • Boxing, training on various punching bags and on the gloves. Having no experience is no problem! Gloves are provided. These training sessions last a maximum of 60 minutes.
    • Combi, with a combination class, the above are combined into a 90-minute training.
    • Open Gym, on Saturdays there is room between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM if you want to train independently or if you have missed a lesson and want to train it afterwards. If there is a muscle group that you want to pay extra attention to, you can follow your own schedule here.

    • Flexible monthly (surcharge of 2.50 on the subscription)
    • Direct debit/Recurring payments, one year contract
